Micah w. Siegel, MD

Dr. Siegel is a distinguished medical professional with expertise in undersea and hyperbaric medicine, wound care, aerospace medicine, and wilderness medicine.
In addition, Dr. Siegel is a commissioned officer in the US Air Force Reserves, where he serves as Flight Surgeon and Deputy Chief of Aerospace Medicine for the 307th Medical Dental Squadron. His military service highlights his commitment to medical care in diverse settings, from aviation to aerospace environments.
Dr. Siegel’s dedication to holistic care is further demonstrated by his certifications and fellowships. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Wilderness Medicine, attesting to his expertise in remote healthcare, and holds a Diploma in Diving and Marine Medicine, showcasing his specialized skills in dive medicine. As a certified wound care specialist, he combines his varied knowledge to provide comprehensive, high-quality care, earning him a reputation as a leader and innovator in hyperbaric and wound medicine.

CAPT Kucik graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree, and from the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine in 2001. He completed a Family Medicine internship at Naval Hospital in Jacksonville, FL, served as a Flight Surgeon with a Marine F/A-18 squadron and a Search and Rescue detachment at Marine Corps Air Station. CAPT Kucik then returned to training at the National Capital Consortium Anesthesiology Residency, serving as Chief Resident and Housestaff Senate President at the National Naval Medical Center, where he was also selected as Junior Officer of the Year. He next completed the Harvard/Massachusetts General Hospital Surgical Critical Care Fellowship.
CAPT Kucik is a board-certified expert in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine, and Undersea Hyperbaric Medicine. He has held pivotal roles in clinical care, military medicine leadership, and global health engagements, including serving as Force Surgeon for the Marine Forces Reserve and Marine Forces South Headquarters. His career highlights include leading medical operations during the COVID-19 pandemic and fostering medical diplomacy across Latin America. A decorated officer, CAPT Kucik has earned numerous military awards, published extensively, and co-edited Essentials of Disaster Anesthesia. In retirement, he continues to influence healthcare as a lecturer, author, and advocate for military-civilian medical collaboration.
Catherine Hudson, DPM

Catherine Hudson, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist and foot and ankle surgeon at Foot and Ankle Center, LLC, providing high-quality podiatry care to people of all ages in Marrero, Louisiana, and throughout Jefferson Parish. Dr. Hudson was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She began her career pursuits at Loyola University New Orleans in Louisiana, earning her undergraduate degree. Afterward, Dr. Hudson enrolled at the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, earning her Doctor of Podiatry. Dr. Hudson completed a surgical residency in Montgomery, Alabama, before joining the Foot and Ankle Center, LLC, team in 2011.
As a podiatrist, Dr. Hudson diagnoses and treats most foot and ankle issues, and she has special interests in diabetic feet, wound care management. Dr. Hudson is a physician-certified wound care specialist. Outside of work, Dr. Hudson is active in the podiatry community. She serves on the board for the Louisiana Podiatric Medical Association and proudly holds membership in the American Podiatric Medical Association and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
